First Central Cooperatives Business Center in Mynmar to be opened in June

A recent article in the Myanmar news media focused on how cooperatives in Myanmar are working together to open a business center to facilitate marketing of their products.  First Myanmar Cooperative Business Center is due to open in June in Yangon to facilitate local and foreign visitors, enabling them to buy souvenirs conveniently from cooperative shops, according to Htay Kyi Aung, information officer at the Center. 

In uplifting the socio-economic sector of the country, the cooperatives sector plays an important role. A total of 268 cooperatives are working hard for opening this central cooperatives business center.
