Is your start up group or food co-op leadership mostly white folks despite your best efforts to embody the cooperative values of equality, equity and solidarity? Are you interested in why that might be and ways to support your co-op in becoming more diverse, inclusive and equitable? Come join this multi-racial conversation to explore and start to understand the reasons for this condition, learn about a framework designed to transform organizations, and hear a case study of a food co-op that has been on a journey to become anti racist. Join folks from Crossroads Anti-Racism Training & Organizing, and PFC Natural Grocery & Deli (Kalamazoo, MI).
