Chris Dilley

Chris Dilley has served as General Manager at PFC Natural Grocery & Deli in Kalamazoo, MI, for 15 years. In that time, the store has gone from $400,000 in sales, to a peak of $3.6M, moved locations, and tripled in store staff. In 2011, PFC started intentionally working on becoming anti-racist using the Crossroads Anti-Racism Organizing and Training model. In the past seven years, PFC staff and board have become much more racially diverse, and PFC continues to work to support this transition to an anti-oppressive organization, and truly live into our best cooperative selves through this work. Chris currently serves on the Board of ERACCE (Eliminating Racism and Claiming/Celebrating Equity), and is grateful to be involved in this work as he feels it makes him a better manager, parent, life partner, and community member.
