Get a peek behind the curtain at their financing plan which includes a philanthropic capital campaign, partnering to raise grant dollars, and bringing New Markets Tax Credits into their capital stack. Learn all about why they decided to include employee ownership as part of their co-op’s model, and how they plan to prepare employees to participate in the governance of their cooperative.
