The goal of the Understanding Bias Workshop is to create awareness of implicit bias and share the creative ways co-ops mitigate bias to promote an organization that is diverse and promotes belonging for everyone.  Learn from case studies and each other so you can begin to assess how to make your co-op truly more inclusive.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand the theory behind how bias develops
• Discover your own Implicit Association Test (IAT) results
• Identify why understanding bias is important to your co-op
• Develop ways to mitigate bias in your organization
