Kevin O'Donnell

Kevin O’Donnell has had a long and esteemed career managing boutique hotels and country clubs around the U.S.  He is a graduate of the school of hotel administration at Cornell University and has been a prepared foods consultant for over 30 years, in addition to teaching culinary arts and hospitality management at the college level. When not consulting or teaching he is the Operations Manager at Hunger Mountain Co-op.  He sees excitement and education as an opportunity to make the cooperative model stronger and motivate people as to the importance of what food cooperatives provide to our communities.
