Building on our work from Part 1, we’ll take an in-depth look at developing checklists, managing the start-up budget and outlining an approach to assess and address the critical issues with which your co-op is dealing. Don Moffitt of CDS Consulting Co-op leads this session which includes small-group learning opportunities and exercises. Attendance in Part 1 is helpful but not a requirement.
