Managing Your Data Using NationBuilder

Starting a co-op means connecting with thousands of people and getting them involved as owners and volunteers. That leads to managing a whole lot of data! Multiple people will need to interact with prospective owners, owners, and volunteers, so tracking relationships and interactions with all of those people is critical. NationBuilder provides a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform with connections to social media, email blasts, and integrated website hosting designed for non-coders to create and maintain content. Website templates provide a common identity across pages with built-in page types for providing information, managing events, taking payments for ownership and more. Chicago Market is leveraging NationBuilder for all of these capabilities. Jen Vest, Chicago Market Board Member and MORE (Marketing, Owner Recruitment, and Engagement) team member, will present the organization usage and Lee Herman, Chicago Market Board Vice-President, Webmaster, IT team lead and acting Volunteer Coordinator will focus on the capabilities NationBuilder provides.
