What are the dates for Up & Coming?
March 6-7, 2020

Will a Tour be offered?
Yes!  Willy Street is coordinating and sponsoring the tour.  In an effort plan for the appropriate size ground transportation, there is a $25 charge to participate in the tour.  However the tour fee will be returned to you as a $25 gift card which can be spent at the Willy Street Co-op locations on the tour.


CONFERENCE VENUE AND HOTEL

Where will the conference be held?
Madison, Wisconsin at the Sheraton Madison, 706 John Nolen Dr.  More information on the Venue can be found here.


SCHOLARSHIPS

Are scholarships available for Up & Coming 2020?
Yes scholarships are available.  Check back on December 1, 2019 for the link to the scholarship application.


EVENT REGISTRATION

How do I register for Up & Coming 2020?
Registration is now open.  Click HERE for our registration page.  

Does the registration fee include travel accommodations?
No. Travel and hotel reservations are not included in the registration fee.  

What is the cancellation policy?
Conference registrants cancelling their registration on or before February 20, 2020 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations and refunds must be requested in writing to Deb Trocha at dtrocha@icdc.coop. Refunds are not provided for guests who do not attend the conference. No refunds will be issued after February 20, 2020.  

What types of payment are accepted for the registration fee?
Payments can be made by:

1. PayPal
2. Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express are all accepted
3. Cash
4. Checks: please make checks payable to ICDC and mail payments to:
                     ICDC
                     225 S. East St., Suite 737
                     Indianapolis, IN 46202

ICDC will charge attendees a $25.00 returned check fee to cover the administrative cost.

How do I make changes/update my registration?
Once your registration is complete, you will need to contact Deb Trocha at dtrocha@icdc.coop to make any changes.

What is the substitution policy?
Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. It is highly recommended that substitutions are completed by February 24, 2020 to ensure conference credentials will be ready upon the start of the conference.

Do I have to wear my name badge credentials each day?
Yes, security requires that all registered participants wear their name badge in order to gain admission to conference events/sessions.  Those without a name badge may be denied entrance.  See the on-site registration desk if you misplace your name badge.

TRAVEL

What airport should I fly into?
Located just north of Madison, the Dane County Regional Airport is the most convenient airport for travel to and from the Sheraton Madison.

A second option is to fly into the Milwaukee International Airport and take one of five bus lines to Madison.  Average travel time by bus is 1.5 hours and prices range from $1-$20 each way depending on how far in advance tickets are booked.
